All of you Harry Potter fans out there, get excited! A few cast photos have been released for the play, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. The highly anticipated Harry Potter sequel series, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them does not hit theaters until November 2016. However, these photos of a few characters from the play will help fans get pumped for what’s to come of the film.
J.K. Rowling released photos of actors playing beloved characters, Harry Potter, Ginny Potter, and their son Albus Severus Potter in full costume. These striking photos allows each character’s personality to jump off the screen, giving fans a chance to get to know them before watching the play.

Rowling praises Jamie Parker who is cast as Harry Potter in the play stating, “There’s a kind of relief in watching him, he gets it so right.” Poppy Miller has been cast as Ginny and Sam Clemmett as Albus Potter. The play takes a look at the life of The Boy Who Lived after Hogwarts, the photos give viewers a glimpse of what is to be expected of the production.
