Happy December! It’s finally that time of year where no one can disagree to listening to Christmas music. Tegan Marie, 13-year-old country prodigy, is spreading holiday cheer with a new lyric video to her song “Just Another Night.”
At 13-years-old, Tegan is already slaying the game and making a name for herself. She was discovered at age 7 when she shared her videos with Sweety High. And now, she’s already performed on Radio Disney’s float at the Magnificent Mile Lights Festival Tree Lighting parade in Chicago.
Now I don’t know about you but I’m just not a country girl. You won’t really catch me listening to any country music … That is until I heard little Tegan Marie’s Christmas song, “Just Another Night.” The song has such a great beat and Tegan’s vocals are insanely smooth. Her voice sounds so much more mature than someone who’s 13.
The lyrics are so relatable, too. I mean c’mon, if you can’t have that holiday bae, you might as well just keep waiting until May, June, or July. In her chorus, she sings:
“If you’re not by my side, it’s just another night.”
