“Pretty Little Liars” Recap: Where Somebody Waits For Me

This week’s episode of “Pretty Little Liars” came with a lot of discoveries on the liar’s behalf, leading to what may seem to be a very exciting next couple of weeks! WARNING: SPOILERS BELOW!!

Spencer and Aria discover a secret hide away in Sarah Harvey’s hotel room, a.k.a Charlotte’s room when the hotel was … well not a hotel. The hide away led down a narrow hallway, to a secret exit behind The Radley, reinforcing the girls suspicion that Sarah was sneaking out of the hotel undetected.

Alison and Doctor Rollins were informed that before Charlotte’s body was thrown from the bell tower, she was struck with a metal rod and that she was in communication with someone on the telephone at a restaurant called The Two Crows. However, Alison and Doctor Rollins seemed to be very surprised by this, claiming no one was on the phone in her house that night and have never heard of such place. It was later revealed that Melissa’s suitcase was missing a hollow piece of metal, resembling the murder weapon.

Emily showed up to her doctors appointment, only to discover that the clinic was closed, due to the freezer where the eggs are stored was destroyed, resulting in horrible news for everyone storing eggs inside.

Spencer discovers her mother is sick with cancer, and that her competition (Toby’s finance’s mother) is going to use it against her, leaking it to the public to destroy her campaign.

Liam surprises Aria by coming to Rosewood and discovers that she has been writing Ezra’s book all along. Liam encourages her to finish up the chapter she was working on, because it was so well-written, but when Ezra comes back to town, she must tell him that she has been writing his book for him. On a side note, how is Liam not suspicious of the relationship she has with her past English teacher?

Hanna and Caleb meet up for drinks and you can tell there was emotion in their demeanor towards one another, causing a flashback in Hanna’s mind of the one disagreement she and Caleb had in New York before they broke up. Could this be Hanna starting to regret things not working out with Caleb and moving on with Jordan? However, it seemed to be more of a love interest on Hanna’s side rather than Caleb, for he is very much interested in Spencer still. But who knows, maybe things will happen in weeks to come between Caleb and Hanna, we will just have to see!

Emily runs into an old thorn in she and her friend’s side at The Brew, one of the detectives from their past claiming this was the first homicide in five years in this town, but when all the liar’s get together, things seem to happen that are just too ironic; and all parties involved will have to stay in Rosewood until all situations are resolved.
