Today (June 24), the music video premiered for the breakout hit “Stiches” off of Shawn Mendes’ debut album, Handwritten. It leaves us wondering, who broke his heart so bad? In the video it looks as though he has been beaten up by love and his heart is torn apart. Bleeding by the end, Mendes definitely needs some stitches and maybe a new love…
Mendes, a Canadian who originally was of Vine fame, has become a huge pop star and is currently the opening act on Taylor Swift’s 1989 tour. For those of you in Los Angeles, he also will be playing at the Greek Theater, August 16.
