The people have spoken, and tonight E! celebrated the best in movies, television, music and pop culture chosen solely by the fans during the network’s inaugural 2018 The People’s Choice Awards telecast.
Nicki Minaj and Tyga kicked off the night with an electrifying performance, then later John Legend gave a touching tribute to honor The People’s Champion award recipient Bryan Stevenson, and Rita Ora who performed a song from her highly anticipated new album “Phoenix,” which will release November 23!
As a trailblazer, tastemaker and visionary, Victoria Beckham was honored with The People’s Choice Awards Fashion Icon of 2018. After launching her line Victoria Beckham in 2008, the former Spice Girl has created a legacy for decades to come in the fashion industry. As Posh accepted her award, she gave us want we wanted, what we really, really wanted…A Spice Girl reference! Girl Power!
As the cast of Shadowhunters prepare for the final episodes of their Freeform show, the fans showed them love as they were write-in nominated for the People’s Choice Awards and WON for: The Show of 2018, Bingeworthy Show of 2018, then Katherine McNamara took home Female TV Star of 2018 and Harry Shum Jr. took home a trophy for Male TV star of 2018!
