Bianca and Chiara D’Ambrosio are just 13 years old and already making an impressive name for themselves in the entertainment industry. We talked about their new collaboration on Brooklyn and Bailey’s ‘Squared’ YouTube channel, filming their own “Day In The Life” YouTube series, acting and music, music and more…music. Oh, we also had a speed question round where you can find out who they would spend the day with if they could choose anyone.

How did you guys get your break into the entertainment industry at such a young age?
When we were really little, we always got told by people that we just get into acting together as twins. When more and more people started telling us, our parents finally let us try out for auditions. The first audition we actually booked was “The Young & The Restless.” We were also interested in singing so after the show we got involved with music as well.
You have a lot of experience in both the music and TV/Film industry. Can you tell us what it was like to make the transition between the two?
We really shifted toward TV and movies when we booked a Nickelodeon show called, “See Dad Run” where we played twins. Then we shifted over to music afterwards because we have always been very passionate about it. We both play different instruments so we decided to come together and start a band and that is how our music career got its start.
You guys have some big projects you’re working on. In addition to your own “Day In The Life” YouTube series, Brooklyn & Bailey’s “Squared” YouTube channel for twins, you’re also working on TigerBeat TV’s “Sage Alexander: The Dark Realm” with Hayden Summerall, Brooke Butler and Madison Hu. Could you tell us a bit about it?
We are very honored and grateful to be a part of this project. It is an amazing cast and we kind of bring a new element to the table being twins. We can’t wait for everyone to see the rest of this season and look forward to the new season soon!
Are there any more projects coming out soon you can talk about?
We are working on new music and writing some original songs right now. Our recent song, “Young and Free” is out right now that you can listen to! We are also working on film projects this fall, but we are currently working on creating more content for ‘Squared’ YouTube channel and being part of a campaign for Justice clothing.
We have also been listening to your album, “Got You Covered.” What was the inspiration behind this album?
Ever since we were younger, our dad was always showing us songs from the 70s and 80s. So we decided to work on covers from those decades and put them into this album. I love it because those are our dad’s favorite songs ever and I know this album is making him proud.

Cardi B, we are obsessed with her and her music right now.

Large, vanilla iced coffee with banana bread on the side.
Where do you see yourself in seven years?
Screenwriting with our own TV show while in college studying to be a director and still acting/singing.
What is one piece of advice you would give to your fans or anyone wanting to follow a similar career path?
I would say that dreams always come true when you put all of the hard work into it and always stay humble.
